Q. Are all Isu
products made in the UK?
A. Yes. We are proud of our British manufacturing,
and will continue to source UK raw materials, components and
services wherever possible.
Q. Where do I find prices?
A. We don't currently publish prices online.

Q. Are your timber
raw materials certified as from sustainable sources?
A. Yes. We have a policy of procuring only
from suppliers adhering to responsible procurement guidelines.
We operate by a written Ethical Procurement Policy which you
can access here.
Q. Do you economise on packaging materials?
A. We see no merit in reducing or downgrading
packaging, therefore risking damage in transit. Instead, we
source recyclable materials and encourage return of packaging
for re-use or recycling.

Q. Do you charge
for delivery?
A. For orders over £1000 net, delivery
is free to Mainland UK. For more details please click here.
Q. I don't have six weeks lead time - can
you still help?
A. There's every chance! We have manufactured
and delivered in under two weeks, but improved lead times
are largely dependent on exact product, specification and
current workload. Please contact
our sales team to discuss any urgent requirements.

All customer enquiries are treated as a priority. We love what we
do, and readily share knowledge and experience of our trade to allow
informed decision-making.
We endeavour to design products fit for purpose, aesthetically considered
and finished to the highest quality.
Isu was established in early 2006. We have never delivered a single
order late, and have no intention of doing so now.
We design our products as we would want them ourselves: versatile,
durable and eyecatching. When a modification is needed, our clients
can rely on the full support of our in-house product development
team in realising both product 'specials' and bespoke 'one-offs'.
